art it ain't, funny it is!
If your looking for off the wall humor, camp adventure, original film making then Gertrude Stein, Some Like It Art is it. Seemingly inspired by Salvador Dali and The Three Stooges, Mora excels at making you laugh out loud.
Sureally, really interesting provocation with a DADA edge.
Should you have a Holiday Hankering for something besides major studio fare, something for the mind...I might suggest this little quirky film.
Philippe Mora has been putting out quite a bit of interesting work of late, and this surrealist tribute to, well, surrealism hits lots of right wrong notes.
It's difficult to describe, other than that if you are into the arts in any way, it's worth a watch. A clutch of West Hollywood thesps vamp it up in Golden Age of Hollywood digs.
